*Please note: Fees listed are for one character only. For each additional character, add $75.

Our company policy is that all of our characters are accompanied by a party host who will assist them throughout your visit at no additional cost to you.

*In addition we do not offer refunds, but happy to reschedule your party with a 48-hr notice

* Our characters will NOT be wearing a Covid mask unless you request them to wear one during booking. So please let us know when we talk to you ahead of time. When finalizing your princess visit over the phone. We prefer not wearing one. Thank you.

Frequently Asked Questions

What's important for me to know?

That the Dreams Do Come True Princess Parties Characters are all professional entertainers that go through a detailed screening & training process. The character will park discreetly down the street and make a grand entrance to surprise your birthday child. Once they have arrived they will proceed to do all the activities that were listed in the package you have purchased. Keep in mind that the activities might not go in the order that was listed in your package. They will do all the activities in an order based on the atmosphere and the personality of the children.  Please allow the performer and or their assistant to do their normal routine. We are professionals and this will guarantee your party to be a success and the assistant will keep you informed throughout the entire visit.  You are welcome to take as many photographs as you like throughout the party and we will make sure you have time for posed photography at the beginning of our visit.   Please do not be concerned if you do not see them parked outside your party location before your party begins, as they are parked discreetly down the street so as not to ruin the surprise. Please do not call our offices to confirm your parties on the weekend as it is closed. We confirm all our parties 7 days before the event. If you do not receive your confirmation. Please email our offices at rching4mydrms@comcast.net and we will be happy to help you. Remember your party date is not officially scheduled in our calendar until we have received your agreement form and full payment.  We only honor rescheduled parties with a 48-hour notice but do not honor refunds.  

What areas do you service?

Dreams Do Come True Princess Parties services all areas. All areas outside of Williamson County will have an additional mileage charge to their party package.

 

What sets you apart from the competition?​

Dreams Do Come True Princess Parties is fully licensed and insured. Our performers are all fully trained in music, acting and dance. We offer the highest quality standard and reliability. For the safety of your children all of our performers are carefully screened and selected. Our costumes & wigs are all custom made by our very own seamstress and designers so that every detail is spectacular.

Should I call to book my party?​

You may call or email us to see if your party date and time is available. Once we have confirmed that availability we ask that you fill out our request form on our website. Once you fill out your form and send in your payment. You will receive a confirmed itenary of your party date and time. We book our character visit's based on a first come first bases. The client that pay their full balance will be confirmed with their party date and time. All forms of payment to Riley's and DDCT are nonrefundable, but we do offer rescheduling of your party date as long as we are notified 48-hrs prior to their party. Rescheduling is based on character availability.

Are your parties appropriate for all ages?​

Yes. Our Corporate Entertainment is always appropriate for all ages. Our traditional princess parties are generally for ages 3-10, but all ages are sure to enjoy our entertainment. We provide plenty of activities to entertain both girls and boys. Our characters are available to service a variety of special events and corporate events as well. Our princesses love to entertain at schools, festivals, fairs, restaurants, grand openings, birthday parties and more!

Where do you recommend I hold my party?​

Due to the expensive nature and high quality of our costumes and wigs, our preference is to hold parties at locations such as: a home environment, community centers, restaurants, halls, etc. Backyards and Parks can make a very beautiful setting and we do service to them, however we ask that you discuss with your party planner first. If you decide to book a visit outside, keep in mind we can make the decision to cancel our visit due to the weather and reschedule our visit. In the event that road conditions are not safe due to weather we may also cancel our visit and reschedule as well.  If you are looking for a private space we now offer our event venue called Riley's located in Downtown Franklin. How far out should I book my party?​

We recommend booking 4-10 weeks in advance if possible.  Although we can sometimes accommodate a last minute booking, we prefer not to but happy to try. 

Are we allowed to tip our performer and party host?​

Absolutely! Our staff love getting tipped for the work that they do to make your child’s birthday special! Gratuities range from $25 and up and are not required yet greatly appreciated! Keep in mind that your tip will be split between the assistant and the performer. We recommend that if you decide to tip that you put in an envelope and hand to the assistant and not the princess. Children are very smart and will ask questions. 

Do you offer refunds?​

I am sorry but we do not offer refunds on parties under any circumstances. But we will be happy to reschedule your party date based on availability.

What happens if I have an emergency on the day of the party?​

If you have an emergency on the day of your party please call us right away and we will do our very best to reschedule your event based on available dates and times.

Are the people shown on the website going to be the ones at my party?​

We do our best to provide you with the entertainer of your choice however we cannot guarantee performers availability as they may already be booked for another event.  Costumes and wigs vary by region.

Can I take pictures or video?​

Yes, in fact, we encourage it!  Feel free to share your memories with us on our Facebook and Instagram pages.  Remember, all photos taken at public events are subject to be posted on our website, as well as our social media platforms.
